![]() Website: www.glossner.net Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 3 From William: I married Dee Robertson (class of 80) and we have 3 children. Our oldest Daughter just graduated from VT in engineering (like dad!) and got married this summer. Our son just graduated from High school, and our youngest daughter is into sports (not like dad). All three have been in the HS band. Time seems to fly by, I hope we can all get together soon. It sure would be fun. I really enjoyed visiting with Jeff and his wife at the 30th for the class of '77, and with Tulan. We were the only three members of the band that showed up. |

Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Melissa: Greetings from Minnesota! My name is Melissa Kettler fka Missy Poshard. I was in the Marching Majors my freshman year in 1977-78. My sister Jennifer was in the Drill Team. I hung around with Colette Thorpe, Susan Taylor, and Joni Lucas - collectively known as "The Children". We moved to Illinois my sophmore year and bit by bit I've lost touch with everyone from Mount Vernon. I am married, with two extremely energetic and bright little girls, Lydia who is 7 and Lily who is 5. Let's see - I have a BS in Education, and an MBA. I currently work at Arch Insurance Group in St. Paul - Healthcare Operations. I no longer play - unless you count the Camp Rock cd I'm forced to play everyone morning on the way to school. I love the band photo from 78 - I'm in there somewhere. (I believe I was last chair clarinet). Thanks for the Website - its a nice stroll down memory lane. Best Wishes, Missy |

Occupation: Lab Tech.
Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 From Chip: Class of 1978 Hey, everyone, Haven't done a great job of keeping in touch for the past thirty years, so here goes. I played trombone all 4 years, symphonic band, marching, and in dimensions (jazz unit, remember?). I haven't attended a reunion, perhaps from fear of non-recognition, but will say, a band reunion sounds interesting, as I believe I most of y'all from those days. Since high school, I served 4 years as a hospital corpsman in the U.S.N., and, as a matter of fact, I am still in the medical field, some 25 years later as a lab tach. I've been married for 25 years to Reba, whom I met in Memphis, and I'm fortunate to have had the good sense to marry a southern gal. We have two grown children, Summer, who will be 28 this month, and a son, Robert, freshly 21. Most inportantly, though, is that we have 3 beautiful granddaughters, all by Summer, who we are very active with. I don't play t-bone anymore, but enjoy listening to rock, jazz, and some classical and baroque, and play guitar. OI have done some praise band stints, but am not playing much now. I'm working on a degree online in socialogy from Ft. Hays State University, with hopes of graduating by my 50th b-day. |

Occupation: Sr. Financial Analyst
Marital Status: Divorced No. of Children: 2 From Barry: I see Chip is on here. Someone else from Pinewood Lake. I picked up my clarinet about 10 years ago and found a community band. I guess Fairfax County has a reputation because the band director was impressed. I think it makes him think I sound a lot better than I do. You all might want to take advantage of that. |
